Privacy policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
FrisKit is operated by the FrisKit team in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the FrisKit app or this website, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Account details — your phone number, name and email address. The phone number is your login; we send a one-time code to verify it.
- Body and goal data — sex, age, height, weight, target weight, activity level and dietary preference. This is the input to your calorie and macro targets; without it the app cannot compute a plan.
- What you log — meals, water, sleep, weigh-ins and workouts, with their dates.
- Meal photos — only the pictures you choose to snap for calorie estimation.
- Delivery addresses and location — the addresses you save, and (with your permission) your device location when you are pinning one or checking a delivery ETA.
- Order history — what you ordered, when, and where it went.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and error logs, kept to run and debug the service.
What we do not collect
- Card and UPI details. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Workout video. The camera-based form check runs entirely on your device. The video feed is never uploaded — only the numeric summary of a completed set is saved.
- We do not buy data about you from third parties, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To compute your calorie and macro targets and build your roadmap.
- To cook and deliver the food you order, and tell you when it will arrive.
- To show you your own history and progress.
- To take payment, issue receipts and handle refunds.
- To send service messages — verification codes, order updates, and plan reminders.
- To keep the service working, secure and free of abuse.
Who else sees it
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make FrisKit run:
- Razorpay — to take payment. They receive the amount and your contact details, and handle the card data themselves.
- Anthropic — meal photos you submit for calorie estimation are sent to Anthropic's API to be analysed. They are not used to train models.
- Our kitchens and delivery partners — your name, phone number and delivery address, for orders you place.
- Email and messaging providers — to deliver verification codes and order notifications.
- Our hosting provider — Oracle Cloud, in the Mumbai region.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored on servers in India (Oracle Cloud, ap-mumbai-1). Some of the providers listed above process data outside India; where that happens, it is limited to what that provider needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Account and log data is kept while your account is open, so your history and trends stay intact. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Meal photos are kept with the log entry they belong to, and go when you delete that entry. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Most of it you can edit or delete yourself inside the app — profile details, individual log entries, saved addresses. For anything else, or to close your account entirely, write to us and we will action it within 30 days.
Children
FrisKit is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The app stores your login session in your browser's local storage so you do not have to sign in on every visit — that is functional, not tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
