Terms of service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the FrisKit team, Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
1. Who can use FrisKit
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your phone number secure — it is how we verify you.
2. FrisKit is not medical advice
This is the important one. FrisKit calculates calorie and macro targets from formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor) and builds workout plans from general fitness principles. It is a wellness tool, not a doctor, dietician or physiotherapist, and it does not know your medical history.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, managing a condition such as diabetes or heart disease, recovering from injury, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You use the targets and plans at your own risk.
3. Your account and your data
Give us accurate details — the plan is only as good as the numbers you put in. Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy. You may close your account at any time from within the app.
4. Food orders
- Menus, prices and delivery times depend on the serving kitchen and can change.
- Delivery estimates are estimates. Traffic and weather happen.
- Once a kitchen starts preparing an order it cannot be cancelled.
- If food arrives damaged, wrong or unreasonably late, tell us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it.
Allergies. Our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of traces. Nutrition figures are good-faith estimates from recipe data, not laboratory analysis. If you have a serious allergy, do not rely on the app — contact us first.
5. Subscriptions and meal plans
- A meal plan is a balance of meals, not a date range. Buying two meals a day for thirty days buys sixty meals; the balance only reduces when a meal is actually scheduled, so skipping extends the plan rather than wasting it.
- Meals lock at the serving kitchen's cutoff the evening before delivery. After that a meal cannot be changed or skipped.
- FrisKit Plus starts with a seven-day free trial. We do not charge until it ends, and you can cancel during it at no cost.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from within the app; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
6. Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method and typically take five to seven working days.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use FrisKit to break the law, and do not:
- Access other users' accounts or data.
- Probe, scrape or overload our systems, or try to bypass rate limits and access controls.
- Resell our food or content, or copy the app or this site.
- Abuse our staff, kitchens or delivery partners.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
8. Availability
We aim to keep FrisKit running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already bought, we will refund the unused portion.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, FrisKit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use FrisKit afterwards means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
